A Meath man jailed for raping a lady he met in the internet dating app Badoo has lost an appeal against their conviction.
Martin Sherlock (31) together with girl, an internationwide nationwide, had arranged to meet up with but she told him they might not need intercourse with no condom. Sherlock, of Athlumney Wood, Navan, Co Meath had pleaded not liable to raping the woman at her Dublin house on 14, 2015 august. He pleaded accountable to stealing her cell phone.
